The following explains the book price and the shipping costs for your location in the world. We are happy to ship this book to any country.
Pricing:
Books are $16.95 each.
Shipping charges are based on your location.
- $3.30 for media rate mail for anywhere within the USA
- $20.00 for Mail to Canada
- $27.00 for Mail all other countries
To Order by Credit Card
To purchase by credit card, use the options below. Costs stated include both the cost of the book + shipping. (Illinois residents will also be charged state tax.)
To Order by Check
This option is available ONLY for residents of the US. All others need to pay by credit card due to currency differences. If you live in the US and prefer to pay by check or money order, click on Order Form, print it, complete the needed information and then mail it with your payment per the instructions on the form.
Returns
We do not accept returns. Refunds will be given for damaged books or for nonreceipt. Please contact us if you do not receive your order or if your book arrives damaged.
